The Intoxalock© is easy to install and even easier to use. Activating the device is as simple as pushing one button and blowing into a mouthpiece for a brief amount of time. | MONITORING METHOD: |
Consumer Safety Technology, Inc. uses innovative techniques to make the monitoring and recalibration process as convenient as possible for our customers. All recalibrations, as required by Illinois law, are handled through our direct exchange program. OUR CUSTOMERS DO NOT HAVE TO GO BACK TO THEIR INSTALLATION CENTER TO HAVE THEIR DEVICE RECALIBRATED. When a recalibration is due, we simply send a new device to our customer's home address via United Parcel Service or Federal Express. The customer then unplugs the old device, plugs in the new one and ships back the old device in the same box the new device was shipped in. A return pre-paid label is provided for the customer's convenience. For a limited introductory time, ALL STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS FREE. |
