COUNCIL MEMBERS CONTACT INFORMATION

The Council serves as an advisory body to the Illinois State Library on matters relating to the government depository programs and services. Its role is defined by the Illinois State Plan for Federal Depositories, (2005), which contains the council operating procedures and the Illinois Documents Depository Program Manual (Fall 1994).

Council members are appointed by the Director of the Illinois State Library after consideration of recommendations from the Council, ILA GODORT Forum, and other depository librarians.

Regular meetings of the Council are held in the spring and in the fall.
