I-Share |
Use I-Share, the Illinois State Library's Online Catalog to find books and other library materials at the State Library or at any of the other 76 libraries in the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois (CARLI) that contribute records to I-Share. The I-Share database now contains more than nine million unique bibliographic records and more than thirty million item records. Accessing I-Share To access the Illinois State Library's catalog go to: https://i-share.carli.illinois.edu/isl/. Anyone in the world may search I-Share. Users with a borrower ID from one of the CARLI member libraries, including the Illinois State Library, may use I-Share to place requests for materials. Materials requests from other CARLI member libraries can be initiated by clicking on "Request" in the top menu bar when the item you wish to request is displayed in Full View. In order to make requests and use the "My Account" features of I-Share, you are required to enter your 14-digit Library ID number.
