Public Library per Capita and Equalization Aid Grant Funding

Under the provisions of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS), 75 ILCS 10/8 and 10/8.1, public libraries that meet certain criteria may apply for the Public Library per Capita Grant and Equalization Aid Grant using forms provided by the Illinois State Library and distributed directly to each public library in Illinois. This is not a competitive grant program.
