Support Youth Golf

More than a game, golf teaches valuable character building skills that can have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of young people. Since 1991, the Illinois Professional Golfers Association (IPGA) Foundation has sponsored after-school golf programs, mentoring activities, summer job placement and scholarship awards to encourage youngsters to strive for excellence on and off the golf course and to become productive, caring citizens in our society.

In an effort to help support these positive youth golf programs in our communities, Illinois golfers may purchase Support Youth Golf License Plates. Proceeds from the sale of the plates go to the IPGA Foundation’s Junior Golf Fund to help teach Illinois youngster the game of golf.

Availability

  • Support Youth Golf license plates are multi-year and may be displayed on passenger vehicles, trucks and vans weighing 8,000 pounds or less and sport utility vehicles.
