CDL MEDICAL INFORMATION
Between January 30, 2012 and January 30, 2014, all CDL Applicants must medically declare their Interstate/Intrastate status at one of our 47 Secretary of State CDL Facilities listed below. This status should be declared before any other CDL service can be completed and only needs to be declared one time. Once you have made your initial declaration, you may resume all CDL services offered at any Secretary of State CDL Facility.
