Secretary of State Jesse White announced that office services will be available at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show, February 9-18, at McCormick Place. Secretary White encourages customers visiting the auto show to obtain driver and vehicle services at the Secretary of State booth. Patrons may renew driver’s licenses, state ID cards, vehicle renewal stickers, vehicle title and registration, obtain parking placards for Persons with Disabilities, and sign up to become organ/tissue donors.
In addition, all Secretary of State Driver Services facilities will be closed Tuesday, February 12, in observance of Abraham Lincoln’s birthday, as well as Monday, February 18, for Presidents Day (Washington’s birthday). Driver Services facilities that are normally open Tuesday through Saturday will be closed on Saturday, February 16.
Although facilities will be closed on the 12th and 18th , patrons of the Chicago Auto Show can take advantage of the services at the show, which will be open on those days.
