SPRINGFIELD Secretary of State Jesse White today announced
expanded operating hours at motor vehicle facilities to
accommodate the large number of car and truck owners who have
license plate registrations expiring June 30.
"The end of June will be a very busy time, especially for B-
truck sticker sales," said White. "Extending our office hours for
sticker sales is a special service to help those motorists meet
the June 30 deadline, which will not be extended."
Stickers will be issued to passenger car, B-truck, small
trailer and flat weight truck and trailer owners who have
registrations expiring in June. In Springfield, stickers may be
purchased at the Howlett Building, Second and Edwards streets,
and the Dirksen Parkway facility, 2701 S. Dirksen Parkway.
Flat weight truck, tractor-trailer and trailer stickers are
available at the Chicago North facility, 5401 N. Elston; the
Chicago West facility, 5301 W. Lexington; the Chicago South
facility, 9901 S. King; the Chicago East facility, 100 W.
Randolph; the Lombard facility, 837 S. Westmore; the Naperville
facility, 931 W. 75th, and the Woodstock facility, 428 Eastwood
