On June 1, 2020, the Chicago and Springfield offices of the Department will be open for business and will be accessible to the public by appointment only. In addition, the Department will continue to accept applications, registration requests, investor complaints and other inquiries at Electronic filing is strongly encouraged. Documents that are mailed or delivered to the Department will be processed but may experience some delays.
